Lorenzo (Patrick), Michael (Pete), John (El Dardo), and Tommy, four teenage friends residing in New York's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood, are sent to a reform school after unintentionally injuring an elderly man. The reform school's guards, including Shawn Knox (Bacon), subject them to physical abuse, mistreatment, and torment. 13 years later, they get the chance to seek revenge on those guards...
